By accessing or using the website at tsldetailing.com or by engaging the services of The Silver Linings — TSL Auto-Atelier ("TSL", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

TSL Auto-Atelier provides premium automotive detailing services including, but not limited to, paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF) installation, interior detailing, and engine bay detailing. Service availability, pricing, and duration are subject to change without notice.

3. Bookings and Appointments

• Booking requests submitted online are subject to confirmation by TSL staff.
• A confirmed appointment constitutes a service agreement between you and TSL.
• We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• TSL reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments at its discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfer.

5. Vehicle Care and Liability

• TSL takes reasonable care of all vehicles in our custody. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or issues unrelated to our services.
• Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle before service.
• TSL's liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
• Warranty claims for PPF and coating products are subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and design — is the property of The Silver Linings or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
